With his precise attention to detail and ease of teaching others, it was not long before he became lab manager. Penny’s personal experience of needing corrective glasses and contact lenses since she was a young child inspired her dedication to the field of optometry. Her passion for patient advocacy can be seen everywhere in the practice from scheduling appointments and analyzing how to best utilize insurance and vision plan benefits, to her work as an ophthalmic technician and helping patients through specialized testing.
